Order Processing

All orders are processed in-store within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping email within three days feel free to contact us. Order processing is important to us but the shop can get extra busy at certain times of the year such as Christmas. We will endeavour to ship as soon as possible.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs and times will vary depending on what country you order from. Orders shipped in Ireland should arrive within two days of receiving your shipping email. For urgent enquiries contact Lalara and we can track your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer €6.50 flat rate shipping to Ireland. 

International Shipping Rates

For simple flat rate shipping please see geographical area below:

Europe: We offer standard flat rate shipping of €15

America, Africa, Asia: We offer standard flat rate shipping of €33

South America and Australia: We offer standard flat rate shipping of €45

Please note these flat rates are based on a packet up to 2kg. For large orders or bulky items shipping may be more.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lalara, 1 Manor Mills Shopping Centre, Maynooth. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10-6 Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
